Job Description :

- Experience in Delivery Recruitment, Volume hiring and BPO Recruitment. Good experience in Recruitment Metrics into Pipeline movement,Channel Mix and Conflict Management. Bulk Hiring - BPO & IT Combo IS OK.

Good team size 40+ recruitment Metrics

- Team Handling and Stakeholder Management experience is must.

- Should have handled 400-500 volumes per quarter. Good to have experience in Cost per joiner .

- Current company should be Tier 1

- Current Min Salary should be 8 LPA

Job Location : Noida/ Bangalore

Salary : As per market Standard

Qualification : Any Graduate( Full time) MBA in HR Preferred
