Provide leadership to the Staffing managers and their teams and be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery channel operations. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Recruiters, Team leads and Managers. Responsible for processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, to Increase placement performance for the entire organization, to lead and manage the development of individual skills, competencies and overall organization capability, to drive timeliness, accuracy and transparency in management reporting, to manage the financial performance for the group and to drive improvement in recruiting processes and organizational planning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide leadership, day-to-day supervision for the recruiters, play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

- Develop goals and targets, forecasts, and action plans to meet these in support of the company's strategies.

- Creating and implementing recruiting strategies.

- Mentor team members to help progress in their careers, thus creating succession planning

- Manage training and development of team members to bring them to desired level of performance

- Leadership skills in customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, strategic planning, staff development, quality assurance and process improvement

- Strong ability to communicate effectively: verbal and written to co-workers at all levels of an organization

- Hold regular departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives and optimize communications between departments.

- Interviewing & hiring, planning, assigning and directing work.

- Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees

Key requirement :

- Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational and project management skills; sound judgment; initiative; flexibility; detail-oriented

- Must possess initiative and drive, have broad relevant recruiting knowledge with good management expertise and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Initiative, self-motivation, the ability to motivate and lead others priotising job at hand are critical skills required of this role
