Your Role :
- Lead the recruitment function - Technology and Non- tech hiring - Bulk and Lateral.
- Execution of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build a pipeline of candidates, proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches, and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
- Managing the team and recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for and scheduling interviews
- Ensuring a good candidate experience and engaging candidates until the offer stage
- Vendor identification and management as required
Our Checklist :
- 10-14 years of industry experience in Technology and Non-technology hiring in product companies with full life-cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates
- Preferably an education degree in engineering
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships and must continually seek new sourcing options
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Ideal backgrounds :
- MBA Qualification from a Tier 1 Or Tier 2 Universities
- Technical and Non Technical recruitment
