Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function for the bank, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the bank's business goals and growth objectives.

- Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve hiring targets.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities across all business units and functions.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations, to enhance our talent pipeline.

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand, ensuring that we attract top talent in a competitive market.

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay current on industry trends and market developments related to talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry strongly preferred.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.

- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
