Hiring for Head- Recruitment for a leading Analytics firm based at Delhi/ Ncr.

Looking for candidates from Analytics/Market Research/Financial Services or niche hiring firms/background.

Responsibilities :

- Lead & manage Recruitment for the organization.

- Develop and execute recruiting plans.

- Evaluate effectiveness of Recruitment Strategy & Process.

- Develop & track key recruitment related metrics.

- Develop & maintain a strong network - industry/ vendors/ candidates/ employees.

- Support the process of enhancing the firm's visibility.

- Provide Market Insights.

- Manage & motivate team.

Qualification :

- MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience

- Should have led a team for at least 3 to 4 years.
