Head - Reconciliation Team - Investment Banking

We have an urgent opening with one of the leading investment banking for the role Head Recon for Bangalore location.

Experience: 12-22 Years

Location: Bangalore

Skills :

Mandatory :

- Minimum 12+ years of Industry experience and should have worked in Corporate and Investment Banking Domain.

- Should have People/project/program management expertise

- Should have strategic management expertise. Should have worked on business cases/proposals

- Should have a good understanding of Trade lifecycle, different asset classes, and post-trade operations

- Should have worked on Agile methodologies

- Should have good exposure to technologies. Should have a basic understanding of APIs, Big Data and Machine Learning

Optional : 

- Nice to have had managed both IT and Operation teams

- Experience in creating/managing utilities

- Hands-on coding or Business Analysis experience

- Experience in managing Reconciliation teams and exposure to different vendor products on reconciliation like Intellimatch, SmartStream, etc

- Experience and Skills

- Experience in working with French Banks/companies
