Head - Reconciliation - Financial Institution

Our client is a top tier International Financial Institution seeking experienced professionals for a leadership role in Reconciliation, working at a global level.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with senior management to improvise overall risk control and create framework to ensure operational efficiency.

- Build a self-driven and proactive culture within the team while ensuring individual growth and development

- Leads the regional Reconciliation area consisting of multiple teams and optimize resource allocation to align with business objectives.

- Develop long term strategic plans for reconciliation function with a goal to improve organizational efficiencies and client experience.

- Initiate strategic initiatives for development and enhancements in existing systems to improve the reconciliation experience.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Qualification - CA/ICWA/MBA Fin

- 15-22 years of relevant experience in reconciliations, trade life cycle management and operations.

- Background in Investment Banking, Prime brokerage, and fund administration along with strong knowledge of financial products is a must.

- Should have experience in stakeholder management & managing large team.

- Self-initiator with a zeal to take ownership and ensure implementation till the last mile.
