Head - Real Estate - Property Expansion (11-20 yrs)
- Head and support end to end Real Estate process
- Managing a team for conducting property search and acquisition for Pan India
- Manage the Plan and oversee site visits, conduct price negotiations and coordinate with brokers & landlords
- Keep a track on new property requirements, both regionally and nationally
- Site Selection and Acquisition
- Lease Management and Negotiation
- Facility Development and Optimization
- Supply Chain Integration
- Preparation of security deposit report on a monthly basis
- Manage renewal & termination of lease agreements in coordination with the legal team
- Maintain MIS for Real Estate function, nationally
- Manage database for all lease agreements
What do we require:
- Graduation/PG in any stream
- Work experience in managing large scale new site acquisition, commercial leasing, warehouse leasing and contracting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle end to end property closures
