Head - Real Estate Developer Coverage - West

Title: Head - West Region (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat)

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Qualification: CA/ MBA

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

- Coverage and managing relationships with Real Estate Developers on an ongoing basis to generate Advisory business.

- Introduce new developer relationships to our platform and generate revenue from the same

- Support the required teams in the closure of the transactions and do external meetings with various stakeholders wherever applicable

- Maintain real time track on the progress of the transactions and the mandate.

Requirements:

- Understanding on financial statements and risk analysis.

- Strong analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel and Power Point.

- Have a positive attitude, be proactive and a solution-oriented approach.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work with a team.
