Job Description: Prepare the RE research platform for the Family Office

- Chart main cities and its micro-markets for opportunities in Resi / Commercial Grow and maintain business relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 developers in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Hyderabad

- Actively engage with IPCs and build networks with RE funds for deal sourcing

- Structure & Execute RE mandates for our clients : shelter mandates, pre-leased mandates, leveraged mandates

- Find pricing advantaged opportunities in the RE space for investments by our clients

- Appraise RE holding for our clients with an intent to rationalize the holding depending upon the client's intent

The Successful Candidate:

- Strong communication (verbal & print) & Interpersonal Skills

- Entrepreneurial attitude towards the job Ability to be proactive & ready to expand job profile

- Strong understanding of financial structuring for RE deals
