Job Description
Will be responsible for all Re-Engineering Processes & Operations Transformation.
- Should have strategic thinking on re-engineering all processes across brand, bank and technology platforms, analytics etc. strong knowledge of B2B sales process and campaign management process.
- Should be able to identify and eliminate waste by building future state processes and SOPs and document them across different functions and countries.
- Should be able to build global standard operating documents and best practice docs across areas like e-Mail, SMS, Digital targeting, Brand acquisition etc.
- Should have working knowledge of Digital marketing, Analytics and Technology and be able to build BRDs for technology platform development.
Experience & Qualification :
- 5-8 yrs in large organisations ideally BFSI managing re-engineering, strategy or in consultancy firms working in Sales & distribution vertical for BFSI.
