We have an urgent opening for head R&D for a Dairy Company.The company has its plant in Manesar Gurgaon and it supplies milk to industrial sectors manufacturing biscuits & confectionery.Some of its prestigious clients include companies like Britannia, ITC, Parle & Perfetti Van .

Position Head R & D

Location- Manesar , Gurgaon

Experience- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Quality with 4 years of exposure in R&D & Product Development

Note-The candidate should have the exposure and knowledge of Diary Products

Salary18-24 lakhs

Responsibilities

The role is accountable for achieving targets and driving continuous improvements in product and process quality through:

1. New product and Packaging Development

2. Quality Control & Management

3. Vendor Management & Evaluation

4. Budgeting

5. Statutory Compliances
