The client is a part of a huge conglomerate having diversified businesses. The client is a reputed growing firm known for its work in Speciality Chemicals products. The client offers capabilities in research, process development and large scale manufacturing.

Job Description :

- The major responsibility will be to drive the vision for the organization from an R&D standpoint

- The leader will have to drive the strategic projects as well as propose and execute newer technologies

- The candidate is expected to drive the best practices from the industry and develop the overall brand image of the organization

The Successful Applicant :

- The candidate must possess 20 years' experience with CDMOs, CROs or API pharmaceuticals in the capacity of an R&D leader

- The candidate should be a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a Post Doc from a reputed organization

- The candidate should preferably have an understanding of Peptides, etc

- The candidate must have the right leadership skills in leading and driving the R&D function for the organization
