Description - Opportunity to head the RnD division for a leading fragrances and flavours company

Client Details :

Our client is a manufacturer of flavors and fragrances supplying to B2B customers in India and also globally. They are one of the top players in this segment and are looking for an innovative RnD head to spearhead new initiatives

Description :

Reporting to the Manufacturing Head and leading R&D operations for a team of 5, you will be responsible for -

- Applying deep scientific expertise to lead the development and deployment of new concepts in close association with the needs of clients

- Keeping an highly focused approach towards innovation in new product development to ensure customer delight

- Facilitating and ensuring quality governance of products and processes

- Constantly developing and maintaining expertise further and shares and trains team members on the expertise content

- Interacting closely with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams and strong in people management

Profile :

Ideally you have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Food Sciences with 12+ years of industry experience. You have a close understanding of the F&B industry trends and experience working with flavours and fragrances to create sensory experiences. You have the skills to build competitive advantage through product innovation and other creative application solutions. Additionally you have demonstrable leadership, strategic capabilities and management experience in a technical organisation.
