Summary: The incumbent would be responsible to drive innovation & product change in the different categories of products while leading the team

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Innovation & product development

2. Drive quality & regulatory adherence

3. Lead and motivate the team

4. Ensure product development to processing planning

5. Operate within the budgetary framework
