The organization is venturing into the F&B Segment. Seeking for someone who can assist the organization from the grass route level.

INNOVATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT:
- Play a key role in innovation development activities for the category.
- Generate compelling ideas and concepts for products that meet restaurant operator needs.
- Lead a project from inception to market ready, developing the 6P market product mix for the cluster
- Design and craft exceptional product and packaging experiences including artwork and claims
COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT:
- Plays a key role in leading communication campaigns and brand experiences
- Liaise with different agency partners to develop campaign ideas, including developing brand experience toolkits
- Understand the key channels and touch points including digital, to reach our restaurant operators
CATEGORY TEAM MEMBER:
- Plays a support role in managing the cluster category team and may lead specific portfolios
- Interface with key stakeholders from the Global and MCO Marketing teams. Customer Development, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance
- Support NAM Category Director, in coordinating regular category meetings.
GENERAL ROLE:
New product development, optimization and support in brand extensions.
- Value engineering in the existing product.
- Vendor development and substitution.
- Support to factories and other cross functional team for new launch and other developmental activities.
- Consumer interaction and market storming to understand the need gap.
- Patent related activity (Patent tracking of competition, patent analysis and initial drafting of new innovations).
- Dossier preparation of product for the registration in various countries as per their regulatory requirements.
- Scale-up formulations (Planning & Executing) from bench to Pilot Scale & from Pilot to Main Plant levels and monitors the stability performance in line with the global stability protocol.
- Track and Carry out Competitor Product and profile study.
- Prepare new SOP's, revise current SOP's and implement compliance to meet corporate / regulatory requirements.
