PHD/M.Sc. 2002 batch pass out or above with 23+ years of work experience in R&D Centre of an FMCG organization into Food Product Category, Candidate's Age 45-51 years.
Responsible for leading the organization R&D Centre in an FMCG organization in building Analytical Research related robust processes, managing PLM process, R&D Budget - making & creation, R&D people and infrastructure planning, play the role of coach, leader, monitor, check quality, building development team.
- Analytical Lab Operation Management experience.
Familiarity with Analytical Lab Instruments.
- Responsible for Validation and uploading BOM in SAP.
- Approve all the purchase orders.
- To manage and sign off expenditures of the function
- Internal R&D Systems - Knowledge management & secure data and recipes (through PLM
- Project Lifecycle management working with Lab/Regulatory/Packaging/CQA
- To ensure security of the Company recipes with the help of Technology by deploying Recipe Management System
- Documentation of Patents for new designs/recipes/technology.
- Track all the changes wrt Recipes/BOM so that the recipe/BOM changes can be traced by factory
- Understanding of dietary guidelines (Indian and Global)
- Evaluation of claims
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Quality & Food Safety
