QuantInsti is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the position of full time faculty for instruction as well as research on various areas related to Algorithmic Trading.   Key deliverable include:  - Enhancing the content and delivery (pedagogy) for the existing course(s)  - Supervising the project work (both research as well as implementation oriented) of the course participants  - Developing content for new courses in the domain of Algorithmic Trading  - Impart Quantitative training to participants from leading global firms in the industry through coursework and/or workshops  - Work closely with various Financial and Educational Institutions across Asia to offer various courses and workshops  - Contribute significant research in the area of Algorithmic Trading focused towards Asian Financial Markets.  Candidate Profile:  QuantInsti is looking for bright candidates with a background in quantitative disciplines and good programming skills.  Required Skills  - Understanding of computationally expansive problems and programming  - Knowledge of financial instruments in fixed income markets  - Understanding of derivative pricing and time series analytical methods  - Experience of working in R and other statistical tools  - Hands-on knowledge in one of programming languages: C, C++ or Java  Educational background and personality:  - Strong analytical and quantitative background (degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer science or Financial Engineering) from globally reputed colleges  - Interest in mathematical finance and modelling  - Excellent communication skills and team player
