Head - Quality - Steel Producing Firm

We are hiring Head Quality for India's leading steel producing company based in Bokaro, Jharkhand.

Name of the role - Head Quality, DIP

Reporting to - Chief Quality Officer

Educational qualification - B.E / B.Tech

Work exp required (In years) - 12+ years

Roles & responsibilities (In Brief) :

i. Quality standardization to achieve zero customer complains & 100% compliance as per SLA

ii. Process and Quality improvements initiatives to ensure the right product quality and reduce COPQ

iii. New product development for DIP

iv. Review & Monitoring the Process Parameter & Control to achieve desired quality semi-finished and finished product of DIP zone

v. On time FG release and digitalization of Quality dashboard for monitoring key KPIs

vi. Implementation of QA framework, NABL, ISO, BIS, UK Cares and kite mark certifications.

vii. Multiskilling and building capability of workforce.

viii. Ensuring safety, 5S and other compliances as per company's policy and guidelines
