Description - Quality Head in a Lifesciences/Med-Devices firm. Will manage end to end quality, implement QMS, manage audits and implementing industry best practices.

Client Details

Our client is a huge name in the Pharma/Healthcare/Med-Devices space, both in India and abroad. They're a foreign MNC however enjoy a strong foothold in the Indian Market. They're currently wanting to hire a Quality Head for their India Business, based out of their plant in Manesar.

Description :

Reporting directly into the Regional Quality Head, key responsibilities include:

- Managing End to End Quality (QC/QA)

- Implementing QMS, managing internal and external audits etc.

- Development and maintenance of organizational policy for QMS

- Taking initiatives to imbibe industry best practices at the workplace

Profile :

You would have:

- A Graduate/Post graduate degree.

- At least 15 years of work experience (with 10+ years in Quality)

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a foreign MNC, at least at a mid level position

- Prior work experience in Medical Devices space. If none, very strong experience in Lifesciences is a close second.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Will be interacting at the plant, as well as with Expats)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics)

- Working knowledge and experience in ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and ISO 9001 Quality Systems
