Head - Quality - Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG - India Region

Degree in Science/Engineering or Quality Preferably from Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG industry who will be responsible for assuring that the organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, and resources for the Quality Management organization meet the needs of the business and conform to all applicable Standards especially post Manufacturing of product like Packaging, Supply Chain, distributors, vendors and finally at the end customer.

Candidates should have

1. At least 8 years relevant quality assurance/regulatory compliance experience in the medical device/healthcare industry.

2. At least 5 years- experience in leading and managing people, and/or projects.

3. Relevant experience in quality systems for complaint management, supply chain/warehouse, failure investigation, corrective & preventive action, and document & quality records management.

4. Black Belt in Manufacturing or Transactional Six Sigma, or equivalent in certification & experience is preferred.

5. Excellent working know how of Quality System standards and quality system related regulations including including ISO 13485

6. Can think strategically and motivate all stakeholders to deliver.

7. Exceptional Problem Solver and Manager

8. Manage Customer Complaints, Distribution Centers quality-related operations and, Quality System Documentation Management and Engineering Change Control

9. Effective of investigations/testing related to product complaints or internal failures, field actions, implementation of process improvements

10. Establish and implement effectively the Quality Agreement with third party

11. Collect, trending, analyzing and disseminate quality indicators.
