Overseeing of quality function and compliance to ISO protocols / Standards

- Candidate should have exposure to wide range of products.

- The incumbent should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Food Technology Engineering or Equivalent

- With at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Company which is into dry food

- Strong focus on delivery of results with drive and high energy levels

- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Responsible for vendor development and vendor quality assurance

- Responsible for the release of finished products

- Develop, approve and insure the implementation of new analyses methods.

- In-charge for continual improvement in quality systems, equipment, methods and Quality assurance flow

- Responsible for health and safety rules in laboratory

- Responsible for regulatory compliance and for related documentations and communications

- Responsible for the quality assurance activities of external warehouses

- Experience in handling Quality certifications and compliance, audits & trainings
