- Leads the Quality Team and manages the Quality System

- Assures the proper training for all the interested figures about Quality System

- As per the Quality plan of the company; as per the company's indicators system

- The necessary documents and quality plans to be timely available.

- Cooperates with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and HQ in the validation and start-up of new productions or processes

- Number of suppliers audit, supplier assessment meetings

Specific Knowledge: (Technical/Product, Organisational and Interpersonal) :

- Quality Management Systems

- Integrated Management System

- ISO-2015/14001/45000

- Safety Measures

- Experience in Handling SKU (Min 80)

- Process analysis and improvement Documents development

- Quality standards (ISO9000 family, GMP, IFS/BRC, etc...) Fluent English

- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles IT tools (MS Office, SAP R/3 QM module) Metrology
