- The ideal candidate will come with 20 years of experience as Head of IIM/IIT/ group of schools/ education Institutions with Educational Experience in M.Phil/ BEd./ Phd.

- Confident, persuasive and able to communicate effectively at all levels

- Highly professional and personal integrity,Very high ethical standards.
