Role: QC (Head)

Location: Andre Pradesh - Medak

Job Description:

1. Implementation of Quality policy and QAP to achieve Zero customer Complaints.

2. To ensure the quality of TMT bars as per the QAP

3. To ensure the quality of Thermex water as per the specification.

4. To maintain all the documents of BIS as per the STI.

5. To co-ordinate with all the in-charges and departmental heads.

6. Authorization of written procedures (SOPs) and other documents (including amendment).

7. Process validation and calibration.

8. Training including application and principles of QA.

9. Approval of quality control procedures e.g. sampling and testing; specifications.

10. Designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products.

11. Corrective and Preventive action on non conformities from internal / external customers
