Seeking - Head- Quality Control and Knowledge Management - for one of the oldest and renowned Chartered Accountancy firm based in "Delhi/NCR".

- Assisting the Quality Review Partner in establishing a framework for Quality Control in all assurance engagements with an additional responsibility in building knowledge management (Companies Act and Accounting Standards - AS & Ind As) within the firm.

- Management of day to day affairs w.r.t quality assurance and knowledge management by means of cold/hot reviews of all assurance engagement files.

- Knowledge Management would cover developments in Accounting Standards, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law etc.

- Help in establishing audit check lists like Companies Act Check List, Accounting Standards Checklist, SEBI Checklist etc. with regard to audits.

- Establishing a quality control framework covering all aspects of Standards of Quality Control (SQC Checklist) as laid out by ICAI including Standards on Auditing as prescribed by ICAI
