Responsibilities:

- Identifying areas of business with low efficiency

- Diagnose, plan & implement quality projects across the organisation

- Increase quality saving for the business as per agreed plan

- Driving quality & efficiency culture

- Train & develop line managers to take up business efficiency enhancement & quality projects
