Head - Quality Assurance - Stampings & Welded Parts - Automotive

Location: Near Gurgaon)

Our client a medium sized auto-parts company specializing in manufacturing & supply of sheet-metal stampings & welded parts to leading auto OEMs & tier-1 customers is on a high growth trajectory.

The position is based at Bilaspur- 20 kms from Gurgaon, reports to COO.

The KRAs include:

- Develop & Deploy QHSE strategy & CI plans

- Team development through mentoring & coaching

- Operations Excellence best practice deployment

- Quality & Safety Culture improvement as Quality Champion

- Regular QA assessment of manufacturing site

- New product launch with product safety focus.

- Customer Concern & Satisfaction Management

- Drive Improvement plan for scrap, wastage & warranty reduction

- Monitoring & Review of Quality KPI
