QA Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Head to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in Java, C#, Selenium, Python, and API Testing. This role involves setting up and managing a Center of Excellence (CoE) practice, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of software quality across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 800+ QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

CoE Practice:

- Establish and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for quality assurance, setting best practices, standards, and guidelines.

Revenue Generation:

- Strategize and execute quality initiatives that have generated over $50M in business revenue.

Technical Expertise:

- Utilize expertise in Java, C#, Selenium, Python, and API Testing to guide and mentor the QA team.

Project Management:

- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

Innovation & Improvement:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the QA process.

Qualifications:

Experience: 25+ years in quality assurance with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, C#, Selenium, Python, and API Testing.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.

Business Acumen: Experience in driving significant business revenue through quality initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
