Hiring for a role as Quality Assurance professional with one of the HVAC company.

Educational Background :

- Masters / Bachelor Degree in Mech. / Elec. / Elec. & Electronics Engineering with specialization in Ref. & Air Conditioning

- Min. of 10 years practical exposure in Ref. & Air Conditioning industry in a Managerial level heading the QA functions of the entire operations.

- Lead Auditor for QMS and EMS per ISO standards.

- Working knowledge on Process Capability, SPC / SQC techniques, FMEA.

- Hands-on experience in Six Sigma, Lean Mfg. is an added advantage.

Preferred Age : 42 - 48 years.

Professional Exposure & Desired Profile Requirements :

- Must have excellent exposure in all QA related activities like:

a) Components / Vendor Development, sampling plans, inspection,measuring and testing instruments / equipment / methods / upkeep with due calibration at periodic intervals.

b) Focus on prevention of defects in all the value addition activities with a right mix of speed and accuracy.

c) Maintaining & demonstrating the continual improvement of the QMS & EMS systems per ISO requirements and enhancing the integrity of the systems across the processes.

d) Thorough knowledge on the safety and performance requirements of Ref. & Air Conditioning products as per the relevant international standards and the product certification requirements with the third party accredited laboratories in order to fulfill the statutory needs of different nations in Middle East & North African region.

e) Trouble shooting, problem solving skills for the resolution of QA issues both at in-house process level and at the customers- end.

- Pleasant mannerism when interacting with the customers; maintaining the rapport with them by providing timely support for all the Quality issues reported by customers; approval of warranty claims; escalating the Quality issues to the relevant stake holders within & outside the organization and working with them as a team for the resolution & prevention of such issues.

- Must be able to lead a team of professionals in maintaining the team work with a proper guidance and motivation towards achieving the organizational goals.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tactful & diplomatic while dealing with the business associates like suppliers, customers with focus on Quality, Cost and Delivery.

- Computer savvy with good presentation skills in providing the update to Management on regular basis.
