Designation - Head QA for SPICES Product Job Description :- - To Initiate, plan, and develop processes and projects to define and implement quality assurance practices - Implement QMS &amp; food safety standards at the plant - Conduct internal audits, and enhance capability development through trainings - Responsible for promoting Quality Policy &amp; Quality objectives throughout the organization to increase awareness, motivation &amp; involvement - To Plan, Coordinate and implement product &amp; process characteristics from incoming material to finished product - Ensure Inprocess quality is always monitored so that there will not be any FG rework and no FG short shipment due to quality issues - Ensure the FG quality is always tested properly so that the rejection from customer for the product quality is "zero" - To manage inspection and laboratory so as to provide consistent and reliable services to manufacturing. - To undertake continuous monitoring/review of product quality standards and establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality - Instrumentation LCGC (Quality Testing Parameters) Educational Background :- - Bio Chemistry - Analytic Chemistry - Bio Technology Preferred candidates only who has experience in working for SPICES as a product.
