The Quality Assurance Head is responsible for handling a team of Edit/Quality assurance and assures the error-free project release. - Responsible for the overall project planning - Review of editors' work - Review of creators' work - Creating L&amp;D resources and conducting training - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues - Monitor all operations that affect the quality - Supervise and guide the whole quality - Edit team - Assure the reliability and consistency of work by checking processes and final output - Simplify proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality projects - Rigorously follow the prescribed list of checks for each project - Point out conceptual errors and work with the Curriculum Team to correct them
