Head - Quality Assurance/Control - Chemicals/Petrochemicals

1. Administration of Laboratories - Chrom / Water & Oil / PE / PP/ QA - for RM and Finished products / SSP (Pet & Preform) / Fertilizer lab including PTDC.

2. Maintenance of congenial working atmosphere and grievance handling.

3. Providing motivation to persons working under his control.

4. Ensuring the implementation of effective Quality Management System and authorizing amendments.

5. Authorizing concessions whenever required on deviations in laboratory working.

6. Arranging for analysis of controlled / collected samples from customers for settling the Quality Complaints

7. Budgeting of the Annual requirements and expenditures.

8. Cost Control on expenditure on Men, Machine & Material.

9. Planning for effective working of laboratories, by way of arranging manpower, materials, procurements. etc.

10. Selection of suitable candidates to fill-up the vacancies for locals and expat.

11. Arranging & Imparting Technical Training.

12. Implementation of Management Policies.

13. Rack up, Plant, Project and other Performance Review Meetings.

14. CAPEX Control of QAQC items.

15. Co-ordination between Marketing and Plant.

16. Authorizing SOP- s, SOC's and control of specifications.

17. Development & implementation of new methods on need basis.

18. Keeping in touch day to day development in the analytical field
