1. Formulate and implement quality standards, end-to-end i.e. right from the stage of procurement of raw material, operations, customers. Establish direct procedure, standards, systems for quality assurance

2. Plan, determine and ensure implementation of in house quality procedures and standards in manufacturing process, quality of raw material as per customer specifications and ensure adherence to customers quality charter

3. Establish the key product parameters and ensure that the output from operations is as per agreed standards

4. Handle and resolve quality related issues with customers in conjunction with sales team

5. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data from production lines

6. Keep records of quality reports, statistical records and relevant documentation

7. Lead company's efforts in becoming ISO / QS standards certified company
