Head QA & Research Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New Product development: Lead the NPD team to deliver new products to the market with superior offering.
2. Process improvement: Improvise / Redefine the manufacturing process to ensure better product offering to the end consumer.
3. HACCP Management.
4. Quality Process: Improve the effectiveness of Quality process to ensure quality conformance.
5. Competition analysis: Identify gaps in the product /marketplace to improve / develop superior products for consumers.
6. FSSAI and Statutory compliance: Responsible for all statutory compliance about the food safety and FSSAI.
THE PERSON
1. Application of domain knowledge (formulation/technology transfer/ innovation) to convert ideas into final product as per the intended design.
2. Should have relevant experience to work with NPD, HACCP, quality, regulatory in executing the ideas
3. Team player (Leadership qualities)

EXPERIENCE
8 to 10 years of experience in Research & Development function in Food Processing company.
ARES OF EXPOSURE OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY:
Bakery - Products / Ingredients.
RTC along with development of spices seasonings with culinary knowledge.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
B. Tech/M. Tech in Food Technology. Preferred Institutions: CFTRI/UDCT/ICT
