Job Title / Designation : Head of QA / QC / QS - Transformers, Muscat, Oman

The Organization (About the Client) :

- Our client is a part of a large group in Oman. The group comprises has 60 companies. It is amongst the leading players in the marketing of electrical power distribution and transmission products, lighting solutions and products, lighting control systems and services etc.

- The main activities of the Group encompass design, engineering and marketing of electrical and mechanical engineering and bulk distributed products and undertaking lighting and lighting control projects on a turnkey basis.

The Role / Job Description :

- 10-15 years of extensive experience in Implementation of Quality Management, EHS Management, Organisational Excellence, Process Enhancements, Training & Development.

- Exposure in developing & deployment of organisational Quality Assurance objectives

- Domain expertise in Quality Management Systems & implementing Continual improvement tools & techniques

- Well versed with implementation as MR for ISO9001, QS 9000/TS16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001

- Proficient in implementing SPC, MSA, Gauge R & R Studies, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 7 QC Tools, DOE

- The candidate should be well versed with the latest Transformer manufacturing processes & implementation of LEAN Systems (which is a must).

- Thorough understanding of inspection & testing of various transformer components/materials

- Thorough understanding of Transformer Testing

The Candidate Details :

Education : B.Tech / B.E. - Electrical, Electronics / Telecommunication, MBA preferred

- Age 35-40 years

- 10 to 20 years- experience in Transformer manufacturing Company

- Worked for good Indian/MNC companies

Work Experience : 10 to 20 yrs
