Purchase Head - Bharuch

- We are looking to hire Purchase head in Bharuch for Packaging Company.

- Purchase head should be handling team of 8 people minimum. Should be responsible for Budgeting, PnL, Costing.

Area: Supply Chain Management

Reports to: CFO/Plant Head

- Responsible for Timely Procurement of material at competitive price to ensure smooth operation of plant.

- Direct Reportees Officers of Purchase dept.

- Duties & Planning and control on purchasing mineral based raw material like sand, Lime stone, dolomite and quartz.

Responsibilities:

- Vendor Development for Critical & Single source.

- Co-ordination with User department for timely procurement.

- Cost reduction by standardization and cost benefit analysis.

- Vendor payment planning and coordination with vendors.

- Inventory control & maintain minimum inventory.

- Training & development of subordinates.

- Any other jobs as assigned.

Job Specification: Minimum 10 years experience out of that at least 5 years in similar procurement
