- Keeping track of Market trends of Agricultural Commodities & Raw materials through various sources.

- Guide sourcing team on Future buying and taking positions in commodities through regular CPBM (Competition Price Benchmarking)

- Responsible for margin delivery at category level and deliver growth of categories as per contribution matrices.

- Supplier Performance

- Negotiation, Vendor development, Strategic sourcing, cost saving projects.

- Budgeting and Price Forecasting.

- Buying effectiveness management.

- Expenditure Analysis.

- Strategic & tactical negotiation.

- Cost efficiency programmes.

- Handling NPD, Specs review, CFT Alignment.
