RESPONSIBLITIES : - Formulating and implementing marketing &amp; PR strategies that cultivate the company's relationships with the media, engage their target audience and boost the company's brand awareness. - Working directly with the CEO office, the Chief of Staff and all BU leaders to define the roadmap for PR - Maximizing brand presence on various channels (e.g. web, TV and social media) - Building and leading a world-class PR team while coordinating with internal teams (e.g. Marketing and Communications) to maximize brand consistency in all advertising efforts. - Organizing PR events to increase awareness of our company with partnerships from our PR agency while cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals - Developing the PR strategy and creating a PR roadmap along with the PR agency for building the brand's across multiple stakeholders - Suppliers i.e. MSME's and Online Consumers - Ensuring that the company's Ecommerce platform becomes the go to channel for online commerce for all of India's MSME's. - Managing and developing relationships with external agencies and positioning the client as a thought leadership brand imperative in creating our Employer Value Proposition REQUIREMENTS : - MA / MBA / Masters in TISS, International biz studies, Economics from Top B Schools with 8+ yrs of experience in heading the Public Relations (PR) at Pan India level in Internet/Ecommerce marketplace in a Corporate environment - Prior experience in startups / Internet companies in similar roles will be great - Proven experience in managing internal PR team, marketing &amp; communications team along with liaising with external PR/Marketing agencies - Ability of identifying new PR opportunities and along with strong foothold on problem solving abilities - Expertise in different social networks, including Facebook and Twitter - Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company's spokesperson - Excellent communication skills both reading and writing with good problem solving skills. - Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
