Job Summary:
Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for measuring, maintaining & improving the quality of outreach, in the process working with internal operations, technology and business teams as needed. You must have first-class copy-writing and proof-reading skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You should have the experience to identify media opportunities, ability to tell stories and to craft communication plans for innovative products which are revolutionizing the Fintech Industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Build an external network relationships with agencies, media publications, channels etc.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests. Arrange speaking engagements at various forums incl industry forums relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Crisis management
- Manage positive social media image (ie in addition to just communication)
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising on an on-going basis
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Coordinating all public relations activities
- Manage social Media communication and create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Responsible for managing stakeholder communication internally
- Responsible for execution of the plan and use agencies appropriately
- Responsible for prudently managing the budgets allocated
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising on an on-going basis
Required Skills/Abilities: - Experience: 12-15 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications.
- Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership.
- Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.
- Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.
