Head PR and Corporate Communications - Fund/ Private Equity

We are looking to connect with senior PR and corporate communication professionals for our client, a leading private equity fund.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the PR and corporate communications function by ideating and creating innovative tactics to secure better coverage for the brand

2. Develop media relations, act as the first responder to all incoming media queries and ensure all external communication is high quality

3. Ideate campaigns, manage social media, company website

4. Design, develop & implement effective and consistent media engagement framework

5. Manage internal and crisis communication by providing support to the founders/ partners and driving scenario planning for potential issues

6. Bring on board, manage and monitor agency output

7. Drive communications by writing articles, newsletters, internal emailers, announcements, PR, etc.

8. Advisor to senior leadership team for all matters related to Media Management, Crisis Communication, and Internal Communications

Ideal candidate :

1. Proven experience of at least 5 years in leading and managing PR and communication's vertical

2. Understanding/ exposure to PR for Technology focused fund/ experience of working for a Fintech/ startup/ newer set up

3. Ability to build a function from scratch, can formulate, strategize and execute the working of PR function for the organization and also manage the same for portfolio companies on a need- be basis

4. Width and depth of media relations, with ability to advise management on PR and communication initiatives

5. Journalists/ someone who can independently manage the function with

Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon

CTC: upto 45 lacs (depending on current CTC and experience)
