Head Public Relations
Role:
a) Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy that supports Sula Vineyards 's business objectives and enhances our brand visibility
b) Media Relations: Should have existing strong relationships with key media personnel in the lifestyle, food & beverage, and business sectors. Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
c) Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles and digital media that effectively communicates the brand story initiatives
d) Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze media coverage. Provide regular reports on PR campaigns' effectiveness and ROI.
e) Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, HR, Hospitality and others, to ensure a unified brand message.
f) Digital PR Initiatives: Utilize digital platforms like LinkedIn to effectively enhance brand visibility and engagement, aligning with current trends and audience preferences.
g) Budget Management: Oversee the PR budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for optimal impact.
Must Haves:
- Demonstrated success in executing high-impact public relations campaigns
- Established relationships with both local and national media
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the power to craft compelling copy.
- Proficiency in PR and social media tools and platforms
- One should be open to planned travel
