Job Description :   - Key role responsible for corporate reputation, industry stakeholder communication, Government liaising & proposals, Employer Branding & Visibility and Crisis management.   - The position will head over-arching policy and communications function by working closely with founders and the management committee. The role will have CEO's & other CXO's as key internal customers.   - Well networked & media wired personality with the ability to be hands-on and highly results-orientated, with proven leadership and successful stakeholder management experience, able to manage media, governance & crisis situations.   - Initiating, managing and delivering a corporate communications strategy to develop the organizations reputation, brand and relationships, ensuring we have a clear identity and high levels of goodwill and understanding amongst the various stakeholder groups and wider audiences.   Governance : Acting as the organization's Company Secretary. Maintaining a sound, overarching corporate governance policy and risk management strategy to ensure the highest level of accountability in the organization's decision-making processes & external communications.   Competencies Required :   - Develop & Lead the PR & Corporate Affairs and Communications strategies & initiatives   - Corporate profiling and reputation building & enhancement.
