Head - Public Policy/Government Sales & Lobbying - Healthcare

Head - Public Policy and Lobbying, you will be responsible to provide leadership, development and implementation of strategic policies across Government Sales especially in Healthcare Sector.

- Advocacy and Liaison with all Ministries and Departments of WCD, Tribal and Health for the advocacy of CMAM across national and state levels as a treatment model for eradication of SAM.

- Advocacy and Liaison with the needed technical agencies, and non-governmental organisations for the promotion of CMAM as a treatment model for eradication of SAM.

- Preparation of concept notes, presentations, reports and other form of written communication in order to service the first two points.

- Responsible for helping Management, and other departments with strategy for Client Management, mapping, CRM, marketing, advocacy strategy, - and new Client - acquisition.

- Responsible for general liaison and communication with clients (institutional, non-governmental and individual) for new and repeat orders.

- Responsible for working with Business Development for a successful closure for servicing of a client.

- Responsible for coordinating, managing all promotional activity for the company. This includes ensuring all articles for branding (brochures, websites etc.) are complete. This also includes overseeing advertisements, social media penetration, SEO etc.

- Responsible for staffing the marketing and branding team - in line with the general objectives of Management at HQ.

- You will be required to have strong knowledge of political, social, economic and business landscape possessing powerful skills for policy advocacy.

Some of the Key responsibilities you will have are :

- Preparation of policy papers, white papers and Government representations, doing secondary research, studies, surveys

- Organizing national and international conferences, industry networking, liaisoning with ministries, Government bodies and Business Chambers

- Liaisoning with various bodies specialized in Rice industry on different agenda[s] and work towards establishing a strong case study and support mechanism

- Independently handling communication for both national and international government body and industry

- Drafting and submitting recommendation, presentations, reports on various policies post thorough analysis of business, political and economic issues

- Assisting the preparation of proposals to Govt., monitoring of their progress and follow-up till approval

- Monitoring the economic, political, regulatory and legal framework, gathering and analyzing information on developments or changes in policy issues that interest the company across sectors and industries
