Head - Psychometric Assessment
- Strong experience in psychological research, psychometric test construction, designing and executing various types of personality assessments and behavioral assessments.
- Should have HR consulting work and has worked extensively in the areas of Talent Identification and Development and Competency Assessments for various Indian and MNC organizations.
- Experience of leading, designing and executing assessment and development centers along with other talent assessments.
- Creating new products and to design several customized psychometric, situational assessments (including simulation based assessments), multi rater assessments (360 degree feedbacks) and assessor-led exercises such as case lets, group exercises, role plays and, senior leadership interviews.
- Design and deliver custom assessment solutions to address client needs and managing their requirements.
- The lead for a Team of Sales and Advisory professionals with P&L accountability of business.
- Play the role of product consultant to assist the sales and presales teams in psychometric discussions and product demos.
- Part of Senior Leadership Team for all organizational Strategy and Growth elements.
- Managed large cross-functional teams to release high quality products in the global market and ensured successful client migrations.
