Head - Psychology (10-19 yrs)

Role - Psychology Head
We are looking for someone who has good experience in Employee Wellness, Psychology, Counselling, corporate trainer, corporate training, PR, client engagements, closing the deals, L&D, Psychotherapy, Psychometric Assessments, Trainings & Workshops, vendor management also head the Psychology teams
JD/Pointers and Prerequisites for the role:
- Designed and implemented employee engagement & well-being initiatives
- Proficient in identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills/behaviour for different roles and analysing existing level of competencies.
- Understanding training requirements and customizing learning projects for achieving the growth of the company. Merit of conducting webinars & workshops at international level
- Planning, developing, and implementing overall wellness strategy
- Assessing clients' needs, capabilities or behaviour using a variety of methods including psychometric tests, interviews and direct observation of behaviour
- Interfacing with clients (Corporates) to understand all necessary aspects and needs of training and ensuring they are fully informed of the training and development objectives, purposes, and achievements
