Head - Projects - Precision Components

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Strategy Lead to join our precision manufacturing company's Projects department.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Projects strategy, with the goal of improving customer deliverables, aligning with organizational priorities, and enhancing the capabilities of the Projects team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the overall Projects strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with the Projects team to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring that customer deliverables are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Lead the team in the development of project management best practices and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that Projects strategy is in line with business objectives.

- Monitor and report on Projects department performance to senior management, providing regular updates on progress, risks and opportunities

Job Specification/Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in project strategy development and implementation in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues and opportunities quickly and effectively
