Hiring for a renowned NBFC

- Project Budget planning for the FY

- Designing a detailed BOQ as per the site specification and requirement

- Work closely with procurement team to conduct RFPs for the Project allocation

- Conducting Area verification & supervising architects/ Turn key operator, cabling vendor for branch rollout to ensure readiness as per company specification.

- Tracking Landlord scope of work execution & Completion.

- Managing IT callout as per the agreed process

- End to end project tracking as per Branch rollout SOP., Coordination with other stake holders for timely project completion & release of payments to Infra & Admin vendors.

- Responsible for validating branch layout & BOQs.

- Project tracking & ensuring smooth handover of premises

- Conducting post completion Branch audit as against the detailed BOQ & Vendor evaluation.

- Capitalization & Billing closure
