Job Description

Job Title: Head Of Projects

Department: Projects

Reporting To: CEO/COO

Location: Mumbai

Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills :

Education : A Mechanical/Production/Chemical engineering graduate. MBA and PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience :

- 20 - 25 years of project management experience in Process equipment manufacturing companies or project management experience in EPC companies or Project management consultants.

Current CTC : 20 lacs and above

- Strong understanding of projects cash flow preparation and other financial instruments.

- Should have handled projects with annual volumes of INR 300 - 500 crores or more.

- Should have handled a team size of 10 - 15 project managers/engineers.

- Understanding of different ASME, TEMA, IBR codes and metallurgies is preferred.

Previous Employers : L & T, Godrej & Boyce, ISGEC - Process Equipment Division and similar organisations.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

The Head of Projects shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

- Tracking and monitoring all work orders for execution within the contractual delivery dates.

- Preparation of projects cash flow

- Review and monitor the budgets/estimates of each project for ascertaining variance.

- Timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for projects

- Collections from all the clients.

- Timely submission of all technical, legal & final product documents.

- Risk analysis and mitigation plan for all projects

- Communication with the clients and achieve customer satisfaction at all times
