Description - The candidate will be a part of the Engineering Leadership team and handle all CAPEX/Projects happening in the region with special focus on overall optimisation and strategic projects.

Our client is a leader in FMCG space with a wide global presence and a long association in India

Job Description :

- Responsible for end to end capital spend in the region to cater to the short term and long term organisational goals of capacity expansion, resource optimisation and machinery advancement and/or development as per plan

- Ensure adherence to latest engineering standards in all operating locations while maintaining and controlling operations cost

- Ensuring that training & development for engineering staff are put into effect and continuously reviewed, revised and maintained

- Ensure the operational goals and resource targets are met and surpassed as laid down by the organisation

Profile :

- At least 18-20 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects and engineering in an FMCG/Beverages/Chemicals organisation

- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical. Masters degree mandatory

- Demonstrated experience in handling large scale CAPEX projects end to end

- Demonstrated experience in handling engineering and maintenance responsibilities in a factory set up
